Here we have answered some questions you may have, but please get in touch if we can help you in any way.

How is Be Blessed connected to The Cheshire Soap Co. & The Cheshire Soap School?

The Cheshire Soap Co. was founded in 2016 by Antonia Mungai, and is based at The Hive, Dunham Massey.

The Cheshire Soap School is owned by The Cheshire Soap Co., and also operates out of The Hive.

Our Soap Making Experiences & Bath Bomb Parties are held here, in our purpose built classroom.

Be Blessed is a product & lifestyle brand owned by The Cheshire Soap Co. and is available online and via our chosen stockists.

Do you do customised orders for events such as weddings?

Yes we do, and we love to! Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do you sell Wholesale?

Yes we do. Most of our products are available for wholesale for shops, churches & events.

Retailers/businesses can apply to become a stockist of Be Blessed.

Pricing, minimum order quantities, delivery timescales & charges vary from our retail offering, so please get in touch for more information and to apply.

When will my order be sent out & how much will it cost?

Delivery Times

Stocked items are dispatched in 1-2 business days.

At busier periods, such as Christmas, this timescale may be extended.

Costs - UK

All parcels weighing less than 2kg are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class, at a cost of £3.50.

Parcels weighing more will be sent via courier service, at a cost of £6.95.

We offer free delivery on orders over £30.

Costs - Europe

International delivery within Europe is charged as follows:

Up to 250g = £4.95

251g - 500g = £6.95

501g - 2kg = £8.95

2.001kg - 15kg = £10.95

For parcels weighing over 15kg or delivery to locations not covered by Royal Mail, please get in touch for a quote.

Do you accept returns?

Changed your mind

You can return your order for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it, providing it is in its original, unopened packaging and in an unused condition. 

Please email hello@be-blessed.co.uk in the first instance to inform us of your intentions. 

Postage

Postage costs will only be refunded for incorrect or faulty items. If you are exchanging your order on an incorrect or faulty item, the postage refund will be applied against the new order.

Please make sure you get a receipt or proof of postage when you return an item to us, as we can’t be held responsible for items that don’t reach us.

In the event that you have paid for additional postal services, postage refunds will only be applied for standard postage costs.


Be Blessed reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

International returns

If you’re returning an order from outside the UK, you’ll need to cover all packaging and posting costs yourself.  We recommend that overseas customers send their returns using a registered tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

What is your policy on Packaging

Product Packaging

Our product packaging is sourced from reputable suppliers based in the UK.

Product packaging is either made from recycled materials, or sustainable sources, and is recyclable.

Parcels

We do not buy in plastic materials to package our products or parcels, however, we often re-use packaging that we have received to box and fill parcels. This may include plastic type materials that may be recyclable in your area. Please check with your local council.

What is your policy on Experience Cancellations?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of booking onto a session. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. After this period no refunds will be given.  

If you do not attend on the day of the session, you are not entitled to a refund and you do not have the right to move your booking to an alternative date. 

Late arrivals

The session will start/finish at the planned time. For group bookings, if you arrive more than 45 minutes late, the session cannot run. You do not have the right to move your booking to an alternative date.

If we need to cancel

The Cheshire Soap Co. reserves the right to cancel a session, if for example, a session is not fully subscribed. You will be offered a full refund, an alternative date, or be put on a waiting list. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred for travel, accommodation etc. Course Cancellation Insurance is available from reputable insurance companies to cover you for such an occurrence.

Gift Vouchers

If the experience has been purchased as a gift, you cannot transfer the value of the voucher to purchase other products.

Early Bird Price

The Early Bird Price has limited availability, and is available under the discretion of The Cheshire Soap Co.

If you have a gift voucher for an experience, no refund is available for the difference between the voucher and the Early Bird Price.

Block of 3 sessions

You are able to use your bookings against any available sessions. You can do so at anytime, however, cancellations with less than 14 days notice prior to the session will not be transferable to an alternative date. If you make a booking within 14 days prior to the session date and wish to cancel, the session will not be transferable to an alternative date.  

If you do not attend on the day of the session, you do not have the right to move your booking to an alternative date, and will forfeit that session.
